I was curious if any former Charsky clients were successful in any interaction with Mr. Leibowitz, who is now in charge of the Charsky estate? Has anyone been able to get documents back from him? Just curious; submitted documents and fees to Charsky's firm before he died and company went defunct. Case was never even submitted and we eventually went with another attorney and had to re-request documents from all over. I'm trying to get the documents sent to Charsky and curious if anyone else has done the same?
Luckily Charsky did submit the documents in my case. I did get an email from eranium which I no longer have but posted on another thread. In my email there was a link to scans of the documents I had provided and they offered to return any documents they had (this didn't apply in my case since the docs had been submitted.)
