I was curious if any former Charsky clients were successful in any interaction with Mr. Leibowitz, who is now in charge of the Charsky estate? Has anyone been able to get documents back from him?

Just curious; submitted documents and fees to Charsky's firm before he died and company went defunct. Case was never even submitted and we eventually went with another attorney and had to re-request documents from all over. I'm trying to get the documents sent to Charsky and curious if anyone else has done the same?
