While I have no experience with Krzysztof Banek, I can highly recommend
the attorneys who finalized my own Polish Citizenship: Lukasz Piotrowski.

    I found Adwokat Piotrowski's Law Firm to be most professional and helpful;
my phone calls were always answered as were my numerous emails/letters.

Furthermore, I found Mr. Piotrowski and Mr. Nawrot to be "genuine" in their
efforts toward achieving a positive outcome throughout the entire process.

I wish you well in your own journey towards Polish citizenship. Good Luck!

I just finished my relationship with Lukasz Piotrowski in Warsaw. I live in Columbus, OH and he was great to work with even though all of our communication was by email or regular mail. I was always confident in his representationa nd he charged a fair price. I was an investiagtor for the State of Ohio who investigated wrong doing by attorneys and judges and I can can only say good things about Mr. Piotrowski. I highly, highly recommend him. If you have any quesitons about his representation, please email me at cop_firearms@msn.com.

I contacted both Banek and Piotrowski. Both seemed reliable and answered my questions and quoted a reasonable price. Needing to pick one, I went with Piotrowski and was very happy with him.

I worked with Piotrowski and I can't say enough about him. I visited his office twice in Warsaw, so I can confirm that he really exists.
Nice affable man in his mid-thirties.
I picked up my citizenship papers from him last April when I got stranded due to volcanic ash. The receipt of my papers was a little unexpected, so I was a little red-faced when I told him I couldn't pay him the balance of the retainer. I began to hand back the docs, but he insisted that I take them with me and to wire him the money when I got home. What a class act!

Lukasz Piotrowski facilitated my Polish citizenship. It took less than a year, and was a very smooth process. The lawyers at the firm (both named Lukasz) were easy to speak to by phone and email. They were a pleasure to deal with, and their fees are reasonable. My father, sister, her two young children, and myself all obtained citizenship --through my Polish grandfather who immigrated to Canada in 1928. We had kept his Polish passport and military document which were used to prove our Polish ancestry.

Re: Polish Lawyer - Recommendation: CK PARTNERS & LAW OFFICE

    Hey there,

I saw your post, and I couldn't stand intervene in order to tell you about my (success) story with Polish Citizenship.

I live in Israel, and I got to know about a law office called -
CK PARTNERS & LAW OFFICE (http://www.cklawoffice.eu), which is based on Warsaw.
There are two lovely gentlemen over there, Mr. Wisiniewski & Mr. Cybula, who dealt with my case.

The correspondence with them was quick and sufficient, mainly by e-mail messages, which were held on a weekly basis, with high-frequency answering method.
They guided me respectfully and patiently all through the process, and made the neccesarry solutions for all the relevant issues. Never left someting unsolved, always made efforts to do their best so a positive decision will be achieved.

Eventhough we had several difficulties, these guys knew how to challenge that wisely and overcame them. We eventually received thanks to them a positive decision from Polish authorities, which means full resotration of our Polish heritage.
These guys even came especially to Israel all the way from Poland so we can personally thank them for their excellent and lovely job.
No words can describe these law firm, and the good manners they had while treating their clients. It really was a pleasure.

I highly reccomend you, and each one of you here in the forum, to use CK's services.

Hi - I have contacted Piotrowski, so will see. I must say, it sounds too complicated without a lawyer. It was great to get real recommendations. I'm confused by the issue of whether my grandmother would've given up citizenship through her arrival in South Africa in 1930 (the only South African id document I have says 1976), so I was very pleased to see that someone else had a grandfather who arrived in Canada in 1928. That doesn't to have been a problem in terms of having given up Polish citizenship. Hopefully, that's the same for me. Any feedback would be great. I have my grandmother's passport and date she left the UK (found the shipping records online). Any advice about how she would've journeyed from Poland to the UK would be great.

I have contacted CK Partners last Secember. I didn't have any documents of my grandparents, but after 3 weeks Michal Wisniewski informed me that they found such docs in Pultusk, Poland. My case was difficult and Polish authorities requested some additional documents to confirm story of my family. While I was searching these docs in Israel Michal Wisniewski informed me that these are not required anymore because Polish authorities accepted his explanations and agreed to give me Polish citizenship. I was absolutely astonished!!! Two of my father's friends got Polish citizenship thanks to CK Partners as well, so I can recommend these guys to anybody in Israel with pleasure!

If you need help with Polish citizenship, I suggest you contact Michal Wisneiwski at CK PARTNERS & LAW OFFICE. He successfully helped me re-establish my Polish citizenship even though my case was somewhat difficult. The lawyers at CK PARTNERS & LAW OFFICE are specialists and expert in helping people who want to gain Polish citizenship and get a Polish passport. Totally legitimate and very responsive. There were countless emails and much time and effort by Michal Wisneiwski, but he was always great about getting back to me and did all the work for the price we agreed to up front. They are based in Warsaw and can guide you through the entire process, gaining citizenship as well as helping you get your Polish passport.

I recently worked with CK PARTNERS & LAW OFFICE (http://www.cklawoffice.eu) and can verify that they are legitimate and expert in helping people re-establish Polish citizenship and obtain a Polish passport. The lawyers at CK Partners are very responsive, quickly answering questions and responding to my emails. They are located in Warsaw and have good relationships with the government officials, so they can represent you very effectively. They successfully helped me even though my case was quite difficult. Like a few others on this board, I retained CK Law Office to assist myself, my kids and a number of relatives with our Polish citizenship. Our case was quite challenging. While nearly all my grandparents were born in Poland, we didn't have a single vital record for any of them, nor any acceptable proof of citizenship. Michal and Piotr, with diligent assistance from a researcher that we had hired and they directed, were able to track down all vital records and sufficient evidence to confirm my grandfather's citizenship, helped me overcome issues relating to my mother's documentation, and thereafter confirmed citizenship for myself, my kids, and over a dozen of my immediate relatives. The initial process took well over a year to complete, as the researcher had to visit several archives to find the relevant documents, but thereafter confirmation of family case files was quick and efficient.

claiming Polish citizenship is a lot more involved than most people realize. No law firm can guarantee success as Polish authorities will require quite a bit of documentation, and a lot of records were destroyed in the wars - but if there are records to be found, they will find them and get you your passport.

    Happy to respond to queries

Hi guys, i'm right in the middle of the process of getting my Polish Citizenship.
My grandpa moved to Israel in 1947, therefore was drafted on 1948 to the Israeli army and stayed there until the war was over a year later. He was 26-27.

I'm well aware of the Polish law about people who served in a foreign army, but I'm also aware for some precedents, caused by one's age during his service etc.

Was wondering if any of you here had this kind of difficulty and if so - how did you manage to get the citizenship despite it?

    Many thanks!
