    Hello,

I applied to remain in the UK on compassionate grounds and personal circumstances but the application was refused and given a letter "One-Stop Warning-Reasons" to provide additional details as to why I still want to remain in the UK as soon as possible.

I called the help line they 3 times to get further information as to how to go about doing this and if they would provide the same information, which they did.

Does anyone know about this or experience the above and when I provide additional information to HO what could happen?

    What is my immigration Status?

    Greetings People,

I have a case with HO as above, they told me a team is dealing with it since I returned more information based on the "one stop" but when I asked about my status in the country the lady told me she could not tell me as she can only see limited information she transfered me to another section where the guy told me he could not tell me over the phone. I do not know why it is so hard to get information from these people urrghhhhhh!!!

The thing is I came on SEGS and I just want to know if that status is continuous while my application is being considered. Has anyone experience a status issue before?
