HELP required EEA FAMILY PERMIT DENIED!
hi im new on this forum is any 1 could help me regarding my eea family permit refusal, i am married to a polish national, i was going uk on regular basis bcz was issued a 5 yrs visit c multipul visa,i was convicted for driving on invalid uk licence in feb 2008 get 6 months ban from driving 200 pounds court caharges,100 pounds for driving in a invalid uk licence
on top 90 pounds late arrivail in court , bcz i was late 30 mnts due 2 late arrival of train , but did appear in front of megistrate and he gave me heavy fine penelty without any orders of removel from uk dat fine i had paid b4 i left uk in july 2008, in july 2008 i left for pakistan stayed dere 3months and later was stopped at heathrow on 20/9/2008 immigtation offficer told me she is not satisfed with my answer, later same day she check record by my date of birth and she find out i was convicted .she interviewed me check my suitcases , check my mobile she found number of my wife in poland she ask me how u know her i told she is my friend through internet in short she cancelled my visa and send me back, later my wife came 2 pakistan in jan 2009 and we got married on 22/1/2009 she visit me again on oct 2009 , i went 2 poland 2 see my wife and my inlaws june 2010 later we went france for some days 2gether in july2010,i went back 2 pakistan and my wife went 2 uk bcz she have job dere , she have resident card , i applied for eea family permit from pakistan on 04/08/2010 and receive a refusal notice on 7th nov 2010,i put all da daetails about my convication in uk , write deatsil y i was removed from uk .ECO stated in refusal notice: i have refused ur eea permit application on this occasion bcz im not satisfied dat u meet al da requirements of regulation 12 of immigration (eea)regulations 2006.this decision will not prejudice any further uk visa or eea family permit application dat u make.
home office record shows dat on 20/9/08 u were stoped at Heathrow airpot and interviewed by an immigration officer .during da interview u was questioned about (my wife name) and u stated dat u meet her through internet as friend. u have now stated now in ur application dat u met ur sponsor (my wife name)on 16/6.08 in gloucester local pub and married on 22/1/2009.therfore giving da contradictory above, the lack of evidence of contact and ur previous immigration history iam not satisfied dat ur marriage is genuine and subsisting and i consider this 2 b a marriage of connvenience.
further reports confirm dat on 20/06/08 u were convicted for driving without a licence on 06/02/08at south worcester magistrates court and disqualification for 6 months.u have only ever been issued with visit visas 4 uk.on da same day u were also fined for failing to surrender to custody at an oppinted time.in reaching dis decision . i have given careful consideration to ur rights under article of the european convention on human rights. however im satisfied that there has been no breach of the article ,you wife is polish national, im not questioning ur eea national wife"s right 2 go uk and exersise her treaty rights,it is however her free choice as to whether she wishes 2 do so.
i therefore refuse ur EEA family permit application bcz im not satisfied dat u meet all of the requirements of regulation12 of the immigration (eea)regulations 2006.
need help plz
1- wen we was filling da forms we thought should write da date we meet face 2 face 16/4/2008.we do have some emails to show dat we was friend in 2007 and she is on my friend list since 2007 on BEBO networking,2- we have all da history of our contact since from ocr 2008 till dec2010 in da form of card , letters . emails , conversation on msn messenger,3rd i admit dat i was late in court pay da price aswell heavy fine penalty .
we both have waited so long forr dat made all da papers but we r so upset after dat , any 1 could help me plz

Thanx 4 ur reply rly apricate , i do send along my application pone bills BTand local from pakistan showing my number on BT bills and my wife landline calls record on pakistan bill covering more den year , do send emails from 2008 till 2010, letters and card from oct 2008 till july 2010, pics of wen we meet in uk , pics of wedding , pic wen my wife visit me again in pakisatan , pic wen i went 2 see my wife poland and later we went 2gether to paris.msn conversation history from last 3 months all those evidence of contact r enough? we do find some record of email wen my wife was friends with me in 2007 which prove dat b4 marriage we was friends through internet, i am concern abt my conviction in past but i had payed my fine b4 i left uk should i go in appeal reply plz ur words r valuable for me ,best regards
