✎ EN What things i need to get spousal visa for uk???

    i am 34 years old male citizen of Pakistan,
    i am graduate (English literature )<<<will i need to go for IELTS according to new requirements???>>>.
    i am a school teacher(English medium).

    my would be wife will come Pakistan to marry here (because we need evidences that we are meat each other in person and pictures of marriages and videos)
    she is school teacher too earning 1800 pounds a month.
    uk citizen by birth(English by race).
    having her own home.


    how long she must stay after marriages ,is this a requirement that spouses must live to gather after marriages???(as she is afraid of Taliban and terrorist things in Pakistan so we decided that she come for few days only for in person met requirement as well marriage certificate.

    how to make sure that i get visa for sure without any rejection,as my would be wife have sufficient resources to sponsor me .

    we need pictures
    movie
    marriage certificate,
    her job evidence
    pay bills
    her home papers
    her passport
    her bank statement.

    i earn very few as compare to her as our currency value is very low as compare to UK currency.
    will this effect the visa.
    i have no bank balance(but she has).

    please guide regarding my case with these things be enough to get a visa for sure.
    second if they refuse visa your have to pay again the spousal visa fee???

    The documents you are providing are quite enough.

    No need to wait after getting married to apply for visa. You can do it straight away - it will of course alarm the ECO of marriage being for immigration purposes but as long as your relationship is geniune - and can prove it, that should be it.

    Your financial condition is irrelevant since she is the sponsor.

    Make sure you get your nikah nama translated into English and get it attested ! Also she should write a letter of sponsorship - no need for specific format, just a word document mentioning the fact that she is gonna marry you and that she can accomodate and support you.

    please guide me regarding one thing i wounder if this is possible.

    i have no bank balance keep this in mind,having said my financial situation, is this possible that i go UK for marriage.

    If she write a letter to emigration officer that he (ME) is coming uk for marriage and i(my would be wife) am sponsoring him.

    i know this after reading a lot official websites that to get fiancee visa i have to show my financial strength in form of bank statement(which i do not have) so i can visit UK to marry her.

    point is ,is there any way that i go uk to marry her and live there after, rather she comes here???

    What I meant was that you don't need to wait AFTER you are married. You can apply as soon as you are married.

    Fiance visa is of course a choice with almost the same requirements as spouse visa except that you will not be allowed to work in the UK.

    Haha Yousafzai is my surname but OP broke it down into two :S

    Sahab by the way is the Urdu equivalent of Mister in English so Easy Expat sahab would mean Mister Easy Expat :) Sounds funny but thats how you address strangers in Urdu :)

    All-right so no need to put Mr in front if you already put sahab then I assume :p . But I only wanted to highlight what I found a little weird, no mean to offend as I explained to him by PM when he asked :)
