    Hi,
I hope someone can tell me which form I should be using to apply for residency.
After getting divorce to German citizen I applied for the residency using EEA4 form and have been given resident card which will be expiring in 2015. When I was given the resident card I have been told that I could apply for the indefinite in oct 2010. However, I have no idea which form I should be using. I really cant go through all the pain to get necessary documents from my ex again.
Does anyone know if I now could apply with different form as I have been living in UK since 2001 ?

What was your status since 2001 ? When did you get married ? When was your EEA2 residence card issued ? When were you divorced ? Did you apply for retention of your rights after decree absolute ? Need more details.

Hi Yousafzai. Thanks for you reply. I had aupair visa in 2001 and got married in 2003. I got divorce in 2008 and now I have resident card which expires in 2015.
However HO told me that I could apply for residency in oct 2010. I am not sure if I have to apply with EEA4 form again. I hope not. It wont be pleasant to ask more documents from my ex.
