I am new to this forum.
And I need help with my questions please.
I am of French Nationality living in London uk since 1996, and my future partner is in Nepal.
I want to bring him here under a General visitor visa and then marry him.
Do I need a Certificate of Approval, I read it does not apply to member of E.E.A.
So, I am confused.
Also, I heard that once he is here I can switch from Visitor visa to Marriage visa?
Is it true?
All we want is be together!!

Any advices of Tips is more than welcome.

First thank you for your reply.
I posted regarding General tourist visa.
You wrote better to bring him under a Fiance visa to Uk and then to marry.
My question is for that option, do I need to go to nepal his country to marry him, or do I do that once he comes here as a visitor?
You see right now I am very confused and feeling hopeless and down really, as I am looking at the best option to bring him here in London uk.
Can we switch visa once he is here?
I was told yes, but need your opinion too?
