✎ EN Second wife ,we are both muslims,how can i do that? (UK)

    hi,
    i am moroccan citizen and i met my soulmate who is british man but unfortunately he's married in UK and he wants to marry me as second wife ,we are both muslims,how can i do that?how we can live in UK?and which VISA can i get? Can i have a student Visa cos i am graduated from the university? or other kinds of Visa
    how can i get one of this visas and live in Uk with him as his wife?
    Please help me

    unfortunately for u the UK does not allow to be married twice at same time...i advise u to get married in Morocco and then apply for family passport...
    U wd need to apply online and have interview in Rabat at the uk embassy....
    MY husband is from morocco and he applied at embassy last yr and did not even need an interview.. but they take about 2-3 months to answer!

    Unfortunate thing is that you so-called soulmate is a married man. But anyway, you will NOT be able to apply for spouse visa or anything else because the UK law doesn't allow two marriages. You can get married if you want but you will not be able to travel to UK as his wife because he already has one wife there.

    what can i do if his wife refuses divorce,and if we get married how can i travel to UK?
    with which kind of visa except spouse visa?please it's urgent i need help

    As Yousafzai said, you cannot travel to the UK on a spouse visa if he is already married. You will have to apply on your own, without mentioning him. Maybe a tourist visa? Or a work visa if you get hired by a company? But never as a spouse.
