    Hello all

i am from northern ireland. And my boyfriend is from pakistan and we have a baby together. We are living together over 2 years now. We applied for eea2 resident permit for him a month ago. And we recieved the certificate of application but in that letter doesnt state that am i allowed to work or not. So was wondering is that normal?does the certificate of application letter which he now has gives him the automatic right to do so?

the best thing to do is call them and state your situation... i had same pb with my husband's COA and reason it is not stated he can work is cos i had requested my passport back...

It could also depend on ur profession... but as i said, give them a call and check with them...
