    i hope this email finds you well.
    My name is noorziah mohd salleh, currently doing a phd research on expatriate assignments particularly on non traditional assignments. I am inviting you to participate in this research.     You might want to give a brief explanation of how the research will be used. Also, will people who participate in the survey receive a copy of whatever report you produce? I don't know if you include this information on your link with the survey, but more people may be willing to respond if they knew ahead of time what kind of work you were doing. You might also describe your own background a little more so that people know that you are legitimate.
