Hello Everyone ,
I am a British national married to an Mexican national with 1 child of 7 years old who holds a Mexican passport as he was born here in Mexico ( I am his father , he's not adopted or anything like that ) , we reside in Mexico since 2002 and run our own business , due to the current social climate here in Mexico ( Drug wars , kidnappings , etc etc ) we have discussed moving back to the UK , still keeping our business running here in Mexico and I would commute back and forwards every month for 4 or 5 days to make sure everything is running smoothly , ok so far so good , my question is : What type of visa does my wife and son need in order to reside in the UK ? we will both be entering the UK at the same time with our son .
I would be most terribly grateful for any advice on this matter !!
