    I came to the uk as a family member of an eea whilst i was 20yrs old..now i'm 21 i've already submitted my eea2 application but my problem is i enetered the uk with a few days to be 21 so i applied the eea2 and the certificate of application does not states my right to live and work in the uk whilst my application is pending
    2:i want to travel back to italy (alone) as where i've got a residence card but my eea family permitt has expired and also ive become extended family member my question is if i travel to italy can i enter the uk without a family permitt if not how do i apply again the family permitt in rome and the home office has got my birth certificate ..what supporting documents do i ve to submitt to the worldbridge in rome?the eea national is in the uk as employed(she is my mother " italian" ) plsss somebody help me becuz i'm so confused about this all thing

    The CoA for EEA2 does allow you to live and work even if it doesn't state that. If you have any problem with your employer because of that, advise him to contact the Home Office employers' helpline to confirm your right to work.

    You will not be able to come back to UK without a fresh EEA Family Permit. If you travel is necessary, ask Home Office for your passport back.

    hello thnkx 4 ur reply...pls re u sure i can work with the coa not stated i've the right to work?because most of the forums ive been visitin says as an extended family member u dont ve the right to work until my residence card is issued...one example i requested my passport frm the HO nd went to natwest bank to open an account,they told me my coa doesn't state i can work so ive to wait until i get my residence card..anyways does anybody knows any banks that can open an account for me with my coa?by de way i'm working..
