I am presently a student here with my dependant and there is a breakdown in the marriage. I would like to know what i need to do, my spouse is being unfaithful and i believe is trying to seek divorce information to remarry a british citizen to remain in the country. Our visas were just recently renewed and i desparately need some advice as i am gutted and cannot seem to focus on my school work at the moment.

Can you please confirm if he does apply for a divorce up here whether he will be able to stay until it goes through? The other thing is that we are still living together but he is not willing to come clean or work on salvaging the marriage can i still inform the home office?
