Hi,

like many of us here, i'm going to relocate in uk.
My only problem is that i don't really want to go to london. I will if i have to, but it's too... Big. I don't think i'll like it.
So : where else can i go ? (in england+wales)
(somewhere where i could find a job sort of easily would be nice)
by the way : does 2 month to find a job sound possible (it's about as far as my savings will get me) ?

If you want more informations about me : i'm thinking of moving in october (ish) i'm 28, french, and i have already spent 2 years backpacking in new zealand and another 2 years in australia. So i'm ok with speaking english, living in backpackers or sharing flats with 10 other people, and working crappy jobs in restaurants, hotels, factories, farms... I'm nearlly worried at how low my ambitions are ^_^ the only thing i want is a job to pay my rent and food and a few tree around me (therfore not london: big cities hold not many trees)

 

Not going to scotland because of the weather : i don't mind the rain but snow's too cold.
(love the accent though)
