✎ EN De Facto VIsa Uk For Nz Spouse!advice Really Needed!

    Hello!

    I was hoping somebody could help me regarding my dilemma!!

    I am an irish citizen with an irish passport and have a kiwi partner for the last 4 years..
    I am planning on moving to uk to work (he has already been there a few years ago but his visa has now expired) we have been living in various countries together for past 4 years so have a lot of evidence to support etc..

    However..does anyone know is it possible to get him a uk de facto visa when i have an irish (eu passport) or do you have to have a uk passport in order to get a uk de facto visa for partner???

    I can't find any info/contact numbers for the right person to find out correct information so am tearing my hair out!

    Please please could someone help - would reallllllly appreciate :)))

    have you had any luck getting info? I have just been through the de facto visa process in oz- you guys could do it here? I will be in a sililiar situation next year as my ozzie boyfriend is coming home with me and i am going back to uni. Can you let me know if you find any useful info?

    i'm from ireland and have a kiwi partner and we are in the same positions as yourself with the uk visa hting..have you had any luck??it's so hard finding information!! Any insight at all would be really helpful.
