Grrrr i am so angry!!! Since we have been married its been a nightmare. (my husband is tunisian i am british) firstly there is a mistake with one of the names on my husbands tunisian passport so he has to apply for a new passport before we can apply for a visa online which takes some considerable time. Then we apply online and book our app at embassy go all the way there only to find out it is closed they didnt bother to let us know!! Sooo a lot of time wasted!! He now has an app in lyba...initially he was going to apply for the settlement visa the vaf4 then someone mentions he can apply for the vaf5 the family permit then i find out although uk is part of the eea he can only apply for this if i am living outside uk! How unfair is this especially as the settlement is just under £700 and the family permit is free!!! Trying to cope with all this hold my job down and having surgery..i think i will go insane!!!

 

Uk is obviously part of uk and yet it seems every eu country can apply for this except uk.which is ludicrous!!! Thx 4 yr reply..we are now doing the vaf4 form...
