hi everyone i got a problem regarding EEA2 form and i need advice.
so i am an indian citizen married to a Hungarian Girl. after marrige i applied FMRS which i got after 3 months of apply. now its expiering on 22nd march and i email home office regarding eligibility for eea2 and eea1 forms. as hungary is one of 7 EU nations which need to have 12 month continuous employement to apply for residency permitt.

here i got problem as my wife worked for 11 months and 3 weeks (one week less than 12 months). Am i still eligible for eea2? Please answer this.

other thing is now she is self employed from 7th feb and this time period fall in her 12 months timescale.

can you pleas tell me that can i apply eea2 and eea1(for her) on basic of self employment?

    please help me

    sincerely

    Kesri
