as i have discussed earlier that i had baby from my ex gf in uk. i read all your forums no one raised any questions how to get access . i know uk immigration rules how to get access to child. i overstayed in uk for three years un intentionally . i m in pakistan now how much chances do u think if i apply 4 visa. when i was in uk i was paying child maintainance now here as well i m sending my ex gf money 4 my baby . will it help i have got name on birth certificate

 

yes i have got proof like child benefit peeople sent kelly letter that am i paying if yes then how much so she has written according to law like 40 poun a week now i m here so i m sending money through bank account so i have bank statement . it was my decision to come back i was not baneed or anything
