I am hoping to get married to a girl who has a canadian passport but who has lived in estonia for the past 17 years. We are applying for a fiancee visa but were wondering about how this works. She is hoping to visit in the uk for about 10 days and then come back in august so that we can get married in october. Is this advisable? How long does it take to process the visa?
