Hi all, first off all i have to say my case is quite complicated.
Just two years ago i found out that my father was a pole. I was born in vietnam and holding vietnamsese passport btw.
My father made an one-month trip as a tourist to vietnam nearly 30 years ago. On that trip he got to know my mother, they had a short affair and i was the result of it.
My father left vietnam without knowing that my mother was pregnant, although after that she did inform him about that and they exchanged letters for quite some time. For some reason they never heard about each other again not long after that.
Before leaving to europe for studies, my mother revealed everything about her brief affair with a pole 25 years ago. I was like in shock(although i've always known that i have a foreign father) and decided to look for him. And i found him.
My question is do i qualify for apllying for polish citizenship? If yes, which documents i need for its procudes? Bardzo dziekuje.

Unfortunately i have almost nothing to prove that he's my father, i just knew that my father is a pole about two years ago. And of course he's not listed on my birth certificate because i've always been the son of my mother's husband.
And i asked him if he still has something from the time in vietnam but unfortunately except some holiday fotos nothing was found, neither tickets nor any other proof.
I assume if we can't prove, a blood test might be taken into consideration, no?
