    thanks for every information u have give to me last thing if u can help me can i work legally if i can get access right to my baby in uk . if some employer give me letter that he will give me job when i will come to uk can it help me getting visa

    Yes you are entitled to work on such visa ( which is issued for 12 months ). I would advise against submitting any such letter from employer though because you are going to the UK to see your child and not to work - or at least thats what you have to show to the ECO.

    You should just apply on child visitation ground and nothing else.
