Hello, this is my first time on here, so i say sorry now as its not kept short, but i am desperate for advice of any thankyou!

June 2009 my fiance from usa came to spend the summer holidays with me, but was stopped by immargration and was interviewed and asked what his plans told them plans to spend his life with me and marriage. And to get engaged while he was here, but didnt have any papers with him (visa visitor) explained didnt know he needed if staying no longer than 3 months even though he had a return ticket but because he been straight and with interviewing me to confirm everything they let him in for a week. Then advised us on getting a visitors visa next time because he no longer can come to the uk unless he has a visa. We did a visitor visa but was denied didnt produce evidence to support the application. So we consulted immargration solicitors capital visa paid them to help us they said we qualify for a fiance visa because we are engaged so everything has been done biometrics my fiance was told to submit forms there. But had accidently sent them to the new york be instead so capital visa cant confirm the out come now. We have been told 60 days processing time and notification on results in due course. What im asking is would the fact that he was denied entry in uk june 2009 and the visiting visa refused hamper us getting the visa can anyone help on info or advice please or been in simuliar postion. Hopefully seeing the printed phone calls of 1500 mins aweek endless emails letters yahoo chats and me plane tickets over there 3 times will also show as well as pics of engagement rings/wedding rings and we have more enough money to support ourselves too.
