    Hi,

    just wondering how we go about renewing a eea2 residence card. my partner after a LONG wait last year received his residence card in May 2009, it has now been nearly a year and we have noticed that his residence card is only valid until may 2010.

    Do anyone know the process of renewing this?

    Hi,
    Yes, the latest day to lay down an application for prolongating the residence car it is 45 days before it expires. It should be laid down it the appriopriate Foreigners Office in the town you are living.
    Of course with all the documents correctly filed.
