I am a non eu (Ukrainian) and I am married to eu citizen 5 years ago in England. We both were issued with 5 years residence documents (I am as a dependant). We still married but do not leave together any more. I have a good salary and permanent contract as a SN teacher. He does not work full time ( 20 hours only) and I financially support him for last 2 years. Could you help me please with my questions?
Can I apply for ILR (EEA4) on my behalf and what documents (apart from listed on the form) I have to provide to make my application stronger?
Can my husband apply for ILR together with me ( EEA3)?
What is the chance for both of us to be granted with permanent statuses?
Will the HO consider my application clearly depending on my husband’s circumstances or they will consider my application independently, with regards to my personal achievements and circumstances?
Any feedback is appreciate.

 

we are not living at the same address, but still seeing each other over weekends. I moved from London because of my new job, he is still in London.
