Hi.. was looking for some info.. I'm Irish and am planing to marry my pakistani boyfriend in karatchi, pakistan.. He is now at home with his family in pakistan.. He has been in ireland for d past 5yrs on a student visa but on his last trip home he's dad got sick and he overstayed he's vist and while there his visa ran out he applied for a re=entry visa but was denied..
my question is what paper work do you need to get married in pakistan and how will he go about geeting back to ireland with me ?
