Good day,

Please see the mail below on my situation. I would like to find out what type of visa i need to apply for after getting married here in the UK and also if i will in any way be able to do this without having to go back to South Africa?
I have been told that i cannot change from a working holiday visa to a dependant or marriage visa without going back to my home country to apply?? Please if there is any way that i can do this without having to quit my job and go home for a while that would be great.

I would like information on what i need to do in my situation and what paperwork I need to apply for.

I am from South Africa on a 2 year working visa and fiancee' is in the HM Forces, he is also from South Africa, we have been together for 6 years now and plan to get married and stay in the UK. I have sent forms away for a 'certificate of approval' as I understand I need this before being able to get married here in the UK?
Once we receive this we are allowed to get married here, but I need to find out what we need to do after this and what documents or visa I need to apply for to then stay in the country? Also if I could find out how long before my visa expires must we apply for this?

Any information and help you could provide me will be greatly appreciated.
