....after a long years wait, I have finally been approved for a fiance Visa to go to the UK and marry my girlfriend of 7years; with whom I have a 4 year old son with, he was born in the UK.

....I didnt realize it was going to take so long, and we were in "limbo" for so long that I decided to move to Malta and live and work until my visa was sorted. I will have to wait "up to" 28days before i get my paperwork thru....

....does anyone know where I will get my visa issued? Will I have to fly back to America? I really hope not.... There is a US & UK embassy here in Malta; so hopefully if I have to get my passport stamped, I can do it here. OR, do I jus get the VISA in form of a letter?

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
