hi everybody

my eea2 application is rejected and they sent appeal form to appeal because i told them my wife (eu national) is trying to seek employment, (not working) and registeredwith wrs but not completed 12 months.at the moment i am working and supporting her, sent my bank statements, wage slips, etc when i applied for resident permit as she is self sufficeint depending on me. but the two reasons they rejected are she didnt complete 12 months and no evidence of her seeking employment. so should i have to appeal on my own or go to a solicitor please anybody advice me on this what should i have to do next. i thought i could get resident permit because i am working but the reasons they gave me are silly.

 

no she just apply through websites, emails, i can get printouts of emails but my question is when i applied as she is self sufficient depending on me as i am working where is the question of asking to show the evidence of seeking a job.

as i already sent all the documents what you told except rejection letter my question they sent me the form to appeal so shall i appeal on my own and show the same statments, employement letter, rejection letter to them or hire a soliciotor. anyway thanks for ur info.
