well... where are you settling...?

Any right to stay in the UK, does not extend to France or any other EU country.
That would be a seperate Visa application.


So where are you intending to settle ? France or UK,
when you have decided that, make your Settlement (by virtue of being a EU spouse) application to that country.

If you have french residency already, you could exploit your EEA family card entitlement to come to UK.

You need to get an EU citizenship to have free run of all EU countries.
That takes longer and significant period of residence, not just being married to an EU person.
