    Hello Everyone,

I applied for EEA2 application on the 1st week of July 08 and till date i haven't got any update on my application. couple of days back i call the HO and they informed that my application is NOT assigned to a case holder. This is really emotionsl now because i gave birth to my daughter this January and we cannot apply her passport and again she need to apply for her EEA2 which could take another 12 months min. i would really appreicate you ideas ands experiance as this is really stressfull and emotional. Please advice me what i can do? i have called HO many times, I have written letter to them explaining my suitvation 2 times and i never received back.
Please let me know 1) Is it possible to include my daughters in my application now? 2) is there any thing i can do push thi application? 3) I have not travelled out of the country for the last 18 Months, Can i ask my passport to visit my parents and if i leave the country would that affect my application?
    Please advice?

    Many thanks,
    A

    Re: Please advice

I can feel that stressful life dealing with the NO MERCY British Home Office!! I wish you a quick response for your case.
You can still request your passport back to travel but make sure to aply for new family permit from the nearst British Consulate abroad that will NOT affect on the processing on your application...
You can still update any information could happen to you and your EU sponsor, Just write a covering letter with any employment changes for your EU spouse, or you have got a new born baby...Any way once the caseworker starts looking into your case they will request up to date information so you don't have to worry UNLESS you start complaining to speed up your application.. You can complain to the Slovit, your MP, the European commission.

    Case worker assigned

    Hello,

It's 3 weeks now that i have been informed by the callcenter agent that my applications is assigned to a case worker. I didn't receive any letter from the case worker yet, is that normal? Does any one know how long will the case worker normally take to process the application?
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
I have been a subscriber to this forum for about 2 years now.. I have read all the different subjects in relation to EEA2 applications... Now since I have it I intend to start another blog elswhere and respond to each query based on the info given. Because it will be in my own time and research I want to charge a fee of just £1.00 pd as a one offf to subscribe!!! to get the info.. Yes it is a cost but I think it is a justified one... Here it is good but at times no correct response as to what needs to be done... So I decided to start one and then give a response based on solicitors info, home office info, individuals circumstances etc but only providing a realistic response to solutions based on the questions I receive. I have nto started it yet but hope to within 1 mth and because I have some response to certain cases and no one answers them it makes it difficult so I will start one by end of sept 2009 and then try to help users who post questions to get a favourabel reply as @ times you are on your own!!! Unsure what or hwere to go next...
In this reply I like to say be patient as you would have received a response or in the midst of one as the UK Border Agency has to reply to the written correspondence you send to them. I found a lot of the questions coul dhave been responed to in a timely manner if and when you had more resources like solicitors,UKBA, etc to handle the requests.. Anyway to all who are still waiting just be patient and let them respond to you and see waht is it they want form you..
