Shoptime Undue delay or passports lost EEA Family Permit ?

    Hi
    I am Suhaib from Norway, I am married to a Pakistani girl and have 3 kids. I applied for EEA family permit on 01/04/09 for my wife and kids. I got my wife's passport back after a month with family permit stamped on 23/04/09. but still i havent got my kids passports and documents back. all four applications were submitted by my wife at the same time. now its been full two months, today is 01/06/09. can anyone tell me what to do now, how to proceed, have they lost my kids passports, where are the documents cause i didnt get them with my wife's passport. For more information application was submitted in Lahore, from there they send it to Islamabad and the to Dubai. I would like to know about the process to go to EEA court for this undue delay, mental torture, financial loss in travelling from UK to Pakistan and other things which u may suggest.

    Hi Suhaib,
    Write a complain letter to all three UK posts (Lahore, Islamabad, Dubai) and mention the Regulation 12(4) of the Immigration (EEA) Regulation 2006 providing "An EEA family permit issued under this regulation shall be issued free of charge and as soon as possible." in it. Give them clearly 14 days to respond and advise them that otherwise you will make a claim to Administrative Court for a judicial review seeking a mandatory order and damages.
