Hi, I've just got a quick qeustion.

We applied for a eea2 residence card 5 weeks ago and we need the CoA for my husband's employers (non-eu family member) I have tried phoning them a dozen times and after going through all the motions and options on the Home Office telephone number, they just keep on cutting the line.

Were do I complain or enquire about our CoA?

And just to make sure ... he's (my husband's) familiy permit to work in UK are going to expire in a couple of days but he are allowed to work while the eea2 application is in consideration even if it takes much longer - which seemed to be the case everywhere?

    thanks
