Hi I've had my case with Icharsky for the last 18months I believe. I was wondering if there is anyone who has actually had any success with actually getting their polish citizenship with them?I was told May and then now they have no definite answer. I've heard I should transfer my case over to this Piotrowski lawyer. They say that cases aren't done chronologically so it could be a year or 3 years....is there any truth in this?

Does anyone have any comments on this it would be a great help to hear other situations.

sorry I should clarify. A person in the same situation suggested I should try piotrowski. Icharsky said in some cases it could be a year or 3 as it is not done in accordance to when the case is submitted.

 

Thank you for your reply. I had heard that he had died, but I thought that the office would still run as normal with his attorneys. For some reason I don't seem to be able to open the article you sent the link about.

So if I do contact this Piotrowski guy my case is at the Polish administrative authorities. Is he able to track down my case no? Is it just a matter of me getting the forms signed over to his Power of attorneys?I don't want to pay Icharsky any more money. I'm sorry it's a lot of questions but it has been so frustrating so I want to get as much info as possible.
