    Hi I am an indian married to a french citizen and moved UK on a European family permit visa and later applied for EEA2 in june 2008, still i haven't received my visa, but i am working in uk for last one year and recently what happened is my wife wants to go back to her home country but i don't. Now i am in a bother i am not sure what will happen to me. I will be thankful if some gives advice how i can fight to stay in uK if my wife leaves me here...

    I'm no expert on this but as far as I can tell, your chances of (legally) remaining in the UK after your wife has left don't look good. Have a look in the EU directive 2004/38 about the right to remain in the country in certain circumstances - but unless these apply to you, you would I guess be treated just as any other non-EU foreigner.
