    Hi guys,

    Quick, and stupid question.....I'm an American planning to visit London for the summer to see friends. I'll be staying at my friend's flat, and can obtain evidence that I have enough money from my bank. I'm just wondering if they've changed the requirements to get into the UK for a visit....do I need a PEC, or can I just book my flight and deal with immigration at the border entrance when I arrive? (with all of the correct documents, of course)

    I think it depends on whether you will be looking for a Job In London and how long you are planning on staying for.
