✎ EN Can you work with a COA (certificate of application)?

    I would like to know if you can work with a COA and apply for a NI (national insurance number)? Thanking all replys in advance

    Should be stated in the CoA. If married yes, otherwise no.

    Thank you for replying, we are not married but have lived together in Spain for 8 years and we are now living in the uk, I am british and my partner is Venezuelan although he has a Spanish residence card and we have proof that we have lived together for the 8 years.
