    hi to all

    a month ago a friend told about EEA2 which i did applied, i sent my application on the 29thjanuary on recorded delevery and aslo on for them to send me the document back. my worried is that i don't know what is the waiting time for the application to be reply. my fiance lives in france and we planed to get married in march, she doesn't want the wedding to take place in england because all her family lives in paris, i can't even travel to paris to get married there, and also to get married in england i need to apply for a marriage application so if i convinced her to come in england to get married can i be able to apply for the marriage application? meanwhile my application is processing can i asked the home office to give something to travel? help please

    Sorry, but your posting is very confusing.

    Who is the EEA national? What did you actually apply for, an EEA family permit or a residence permit? On what basis? You are obviously not married yet and appear to live in two different countries.
