Im non eu citizen have applied for a eea family permit from sweden to go to UK almost 3 months ago supose to take 5 to 15 days..,i gave all documents they need and i have permanent residence in Sweden,i was told month ago my application was referred to London.I been married for over 3 years,my husband is Swedish we got married in Vienna 2005 and we met in UK 2004.I lived in UK since 1996 came first as an au-pair,then got iligaly married,2001 i was arrested for that but was never deported..got remarried with a British-Italian citizen in UK and was granted under EU law 5 years residence till 2008..All that was done through immigration solicitors.After 2 years of marrige i got separated,and in 2005 i left UK move to Austria where i got married with my Swidish fiance...Any idea why the British embassy has referred my application and how long it might take to decide..PLZ reply asap.THANX

 

Thanx for your reply..Does it mean that my application for eea family permit will be refused if is been referred for such a long time? I have contacted the british embassy by phoning and leaving messages to contact me back, i have wrote them a letter as well but got no reply from them...

 

PLZ !!! anybody can reply on my last post about the eea family permit from Sweden: if my application is likly to get refused as it been for a long time referred to UK?..i have tried every posible way to get in touch with the british embassy but with no succes...

 

Still noone to replay ...PLZ !! PLZ !!! PLZ!!! anyone can replay on my last post,so frustrating,im 8 months pregnant the embassy isnt getting back to me,i tryed every way to contact them.....
