    Hi all just to know can someone get eea2 with passport without visa on it?

    my partner is from eea i am none eea she have been working for 2 to 3 years,so she apply for eea1 i apply for eea2 i lost my passport with visiting visa 2006, i want to my embassy coldint get passport so i have to renew the old one i have in my country and bring it to uk, and we have a child but we have not married yet but we have lived for more than 2 years since she come in uk i just want to know how my application will be ,as i have apply since 26/08/2008,and got my coa 1/sep.2008 but still waiting,with my lawyer.

    help if theres a way?
