my name is shah and i m from pakistan but now i m in poland with my wife and daughter and i got residence permit from here for 2 years and i cam here 1 year before i got every singal document from here i mean about my birth certificate and my marrige certificate and now my wife and me want tomove in UK and i applied for eea family permit in poland before 2 months and i still dont have any answer from there. i gave them every documents what ever they ask and me and my wife een living togater since more then 3 years we met in UK but i was illegal there i married with my wife in UK in muslim law after that i put application in homeoffice as depended partner of EU national but they refused it coz my wife havent complete WRS document coz my wife was pergnent thats why she couldnt complet her 1 year work and after that they removed me in pakistan. my wife and my daughter same traveld with me and i registerd my married in pakistan and put application for poland in polish embassy after that i cam here in poland now i got every thing from here now we again want to go UK but legal way but still waiting for any answer from embassy..... so any body can tell me who got EEA family permit how long its gona take and i already been removed from UK. they will give me visa or not ? embassy took my marrige certificate my daughter birth certificate my wife passport copy my daughter passport copy my home office document my residence card copy and they said 5 to 15 days we will give u answer but now its 2 month nothing yet any body can reply me and tell me any thing how long they gona take more
