Well, it takes 3 weeks at the best of times, and at the moment it can take quite a bit longer. If you actually need the CoA, I would recommend to complain loudly, so that with some luck you get it before the Christmas holidays.

 

Oh dear - 2 years ago when we were going through the ordeal, we received the certificate within a couple of days. I guess the Brits will never get their act together...

i dont know where is it? did you check under your bed?

 

Can anyone please help me figure out how far behind they are in providing the certificate? We sent our application in late November and are still waiting.
We called them today and it is not on their system. Unfortunately, we didn't use registered mail so we don't have a record of when and if they got it at all. (we sent copies of the passports only).
Any help is appreciated. We are going to resubmit everything now.
