✎ EN EEA2 residence card without job from the EU partner

    ello . I have a serious problem . please someone help . i am EU citizen and my wife from non EU country . She did an EEA2 application for residence card from 5 March and just today she receive the letter from Liverpool where they ask for my wage slips so that to declare treaty rights.

    My wife is working right now and with her salary we can support ourselves. Because of the credit crisis i have not find any job right now and i am still searching for a job .

    Does anyone know if they are going to issue the residence stamp or they will say no?????????

    Does anyone know any other way if the EU citizen does not work to support the application??????????

    I have seriously problem . please help. we have to give the documents the next 20 days.

    That's a tricky one. Are you national of A8 countries? i.e. did you have to include WRS registration certificate(s)? If yes, I think payslips are required only for the period of 12months before application has been submitted, that is to show that you are exercising Treaty rights. I don't believe it is a requirement for you to have a job at all times after that.

    i am from Greece . and my wife is from a non-European union country. So the problem is if i have to work so that to show my treaty rights.
