    Hi all,
I am wondering if any Non EU visa nationals tried to re enter the UK with just the certificate of application and no valid UK visa as thier Residence Card application is still under consideration accompanied with their EU spouses who working and resident in the UK.
I would appreciate anyone who experienced or heard about such situation to reply.
    Thanks

It worked for us, but then my wife is a non-visa national. In theory it should also work for visa nationals, but it may take some convincing. In the end, it depends on whether you are determined to use your right or not...
