Just for your information... you only have the right to have an EEA family permit if you're member of a EEA Family, your husband, me... and if your husband no longer lives in the UK, then you automatically lose this right you've been granted in the first place. Don't mind me asking, does it make sense to ask for an EEA family permit as a spouse and at the same time talk about a possible relationship? That's really low.... You forgot to mention that your husband also took the chance to start living in Morocco with you and that just 2 weeks ago you left for a divorce... while this is posted when??? 3 months ago....

Sounds to me your husband did the right thing in cancelling the request for a residence permit... didn't know you missed the UK that much for as from the start you were convinced that morocco was so much better and superior...
