hi anybody can help and give a good advice.

my spouse is from hungary and we applied for fmrs bec she's not registered to WRS and we just get married this year last april. how long does it takes fmrs coz im worried and one thing my passport will be expired on this year september 2008 and my visa expired as well already but before my visa expired i send it over all the document completed is it my application will be affected if my passport will be expired and if my wife ask to returned her passport coz she need for travelling and she doesnt have an eu card to use for travel thats why she requested to returned her passport back. and now she had her passport already but application still in HO for processing and under consideration. thank you if anybody can give me a good advice, i appriciate it.
