Hello I am Non EEA National my wife is German National.
We were thinking to move to the UK to live and work there.
We are living here in Germany from Last one year as Husband and Wife after our Wedding.
I have got Visa here in Germany.

Then I have applied for EEA FAMILY PERMIT and got that for 6 Months.

As every one know that the time Period of that Visa is only 6 Months. And can Travel only with my Wife to UK.

And its our 3rd Month that I have got that EEA FAMILY PERMIT.Was trying to collect some money from here as a Backup to UK.

My Question is that now we are ready to go to UK but I left just 3 months Visa out of that 6 Months EEA FAMILY PERMIT.
Do I need to come back after this 3 Months time to Germany to get Extention or new EEA Family Permit ?
Or can I get Extention of this EEA FAMILY PERMIT from UK ?

Because I heard that My wife or me have to work there in UK to apply Resident Card ...... Please Help Me Thanks In Advance.

My wife is still living with me here in Germany and will travel to UK with me .And she have´nt got any JOB there in UK as well we will go there and will search some.

I am sure me and she will get after getting National Insurence Number there in UK.

    Waqas.

The remaining time of the EEA family permit is immaterial, officially you are allowed to be in the Uk in the first three months without exercising your treaty rights by working or otherwise.
You can only get a national Insurance number if there is proof of your intention to work.
Morealso,if you have enough funds, you can apply for the Residence card as a self sufficient person.

    And

2ndly you told me about getting N.I number I already got one..Forget to mentioned here that I been to UK for almost 3 Years on Student Visa and got that N.I Number but just to get some Part time job there as Student is allowed to Work only 20 hours per week in UK.

2 - And do we need to get N.I Number for my WIFE as well??? She is German National.

And you mentioned (The remaining time of the EEA family permit is immaterial, officially you are allowed to be in the Uk in the first three months without exercising your treaty rights by working or otherwise.)

3 - Can You Please Explain Me This If You Dont Mind.

We got some of our Family Friends living there in Manchester and They got their own firm and he promised me that he will help me out to get job for my wife or for me.
