hi forum

i want to apply eea2 for myself and eea1 for my eu spouse my question is i travel a lot to europe on contract works so that i cannot submit my passport instead can i send photocopies of my passport now and later on when my case comes on the table i can send my original passport can i do that? please let me know i will be thankful to you all.

If you call the Home Office and ask them whether that's possible, you'll get a definite "No!". But I know people who have done exactly what you describe and it worked. I guess you just have to try it...
In any case, you can ask for your passport(s) to be returned once you submitted it.
