✎ EN Taking my non EEA mother in Law to UK

    Hi,

    I'm a french national settled in Uk. my husband is non EEA member and i sponsored him recently and his EEA2 is still under processing.

    now we r planning to take my non EEA mother in law who is vidow living alone in her home country ( Sri Lanka).
    is there a way to take her here under EEA family permit?

    Please advice me..

    It should be easier when your husband has is EEA2. I believe to have to legally come she will still need a visa first. Hope it works out.
