I sent it to 0208-196-3248, and i called 0207-035-4848.

Who are these people you sent to fax to?Can you please brief me on what you were told after the fax and the calls you made?My own fax was sent to the Customer Srvice Unit in Croydon.

I have never applied to the HO before. I am on a family permit which got expired last month.
