    Try to give them a shout and see what they will also tell you.Which number did you send your own fax to?

    Who are these people you sent to fax to?Can you please brief me on what you were told after the fax and the calls you made?My own fax was sent to the Customer Srvice Unit in Croydon.

    I have never applied to the HO before. I am on a family permit which got expired last month.
